The APQ (Association des propriétaires du Québec) has existed since 1984 and has more than 17,000 members. The APQ's mission has always been to defend the rights and interests of rental unit landlords in Quebec.

The Association Québécoise des Gestionnaires de Copropriétés (AQGC) is the association which regroups the greatest number of condominium managers in Quebec and has as its objectives to establish the standards of condominium management, to promote the profession as well as to establish an ethical framework.
